Manufacturing Durable Modular Weighbridges

This is advanced weighing equipment that provides higher accuracy and requires less maintenance than most existing weighbridges. Modular weighbridges are available in both pit and surface-mounted configurations. They are an extremely cost-effective device for a wide range of applications. The main feature of Modular Weighbridge is "Ease of Erection". Modular Weighbridges may be simply disassembled and reassembled in any place.

A modular truck scale requires no foundation, only a smooth, hard surface on which the load cell plates sit. This saves a lot of money and time. The modular design allows for easy, cost-effective transportation and re-installation.

Double-Ended Shear Beam cells in hermetically sealed alloy steel, IP68-rated, for low-profile pit installations with tight deflection tolerances and superior long-term repeatability.
